Outback Steakhouse was created by Floridians who have never been to Australia. What they sell isn't Australian food. They actually opened 8 locations in Australia in the past year or so, probably for misinformed American tourists who have been looking for them over here.

Zip cord , aka lamp cord is actually superior for low loss signal transmission for low impedance loads like speakers. But honestly, audio frequencies are slow low, that it really does not matter, except for when people make crazy spiral cables that add inductance. They will make a sonic difference, but that is not always better.
Good to know! I thought he was talking about brown lamp cord! Thats how I wired up all my systems when I was a kid. My house was very dark.
