Fixed Contract Claims In Wunderbuild

This video will cover fixed contract claims in Wunderbuild.
Wunderbuild supports two contract types, fixed contract value and cost plus.
This video looks at contract value jobs in Wunderbuild.
You can go to your job's costings for a contract value job and select various cost items from various categories and create a progress claim to send as an invoice to the customer with all the items you have claimed.
An icon will appear next to any item claimed which is a shortcut that will take you to the progress claims section under your job.
Alternatively, you can head to the progress claim section directly and just view your claims there.
Each builder has their own progress of making claims, a lot may do it incrementally which can be done as well.
The more traditional way of creating progress claims through milestones or increments, you can create claims based on a proportion of the contract until it reaches 100%.
Through this method Wunderbuild shows you how much of the project is remaining or the amount that is available to claim.
Send your progress claims to your customer through Wunderbuild directly or print a statement of your progress claim.
When the customer has paid the invoiced, you can mark your progress claim as received.
Your estimated cost and amount claimed and gross profit in your job's overview/budget will change once you have received a claim.
You can connect Xero or MYOB to sync all your invoices.
