How To Generate Job Reports In Wunderbuild

  • This video will cover how to generate job reports for cost tracking in Wunderbuild.
    - In the job section of Wunderbuild we can see an overview of all your jobs.
    - For each you will see the the claimed figure which is what you have invoiced to your customer, the estimated cost which is what you have estimated for your project and the true cost which is what you have spent in your project.
    - Clicking into a job we can see the overview for that specific job, with all those figures in a table.
    - We can head to the costing section to see more about our true cost.
    - Heading into any costing category for each item you can see the true cost which is what you have spent on an item.
    - Next to each costing item you can see a purchase order or progress claim icon and clicking on those will see how that money was spent, by going into those various sections more in depth.
    - Timesheets and Roster items in your job will contribute to the true cost of your job.
    - You can generate reports in the reports section of your job to see a report on all of the purchase orders, variations or progress claims you have created which you can share with your team.
