    Just made this and it was delish!!!! Blended pumpkin seeds and nooch for a pumpkin Parmesan on top with a few pumpkin seeds and chia- yum!!

    I just made this tonight and it was delicious! I put it over frozen veggies and peas and used an entire bag of spinach to bulk it up with more veggies. Thank you! I also ordered your mushroom gravy to have for Thanksgiving and your cheese sauce. Can't wait to try them both!

    Delicious and fairly easy. I made a double batch with intent to share with my son and his family, and to freeze some. It made so much that I also diluted a cup with about half a cup of the remaining broth and just ate it as soup- tasty.

    Big hit at my house for the whole family! My girls instantly renamed it "Fasta" (Fall+Pasta)...Thank you! We did kale instead of spinach and carrots instead of mushrooms. GREAT herb blend!!!!

    Made this for dinner last night. It's so good I could eat the sauce as soup. Oh, and I used a combo of butternut and sweet potato instead of the pumpkin, so that works.

    Sounds delicious. I’ve done this with walnuts and also with a splash of coconut. However you go the pumpkin is definitely delicious as an Alfredo. I’ve got one of those cans, thank you for the inspiration, again 🌟

    Truth be told I have 25 cans of pumpkin in my pantry from last year! There was a short term shortage so I ordered some from thrive market so this will be a great way to use some, I can’t wait to make it. I one time saw Paul McCartney in concert and I had VIP tickets and so we ate a vegetarian meal beforehand that was included (this was before I went vegan and still thought it was super delicious). He had some delicious squash filled ravioli with some sort of sauce and I would love it if I could figure out a squash filled ravioli that would be vegan. I don’t think Paul McCartney is vegan but only vegetarian but man it was so delicious! I believe it had squash, tofu, onions and spices and spinach on the inside and then a delicious sauce. I think THIS sauce you created would go really well with that. Thx for the deliciousness!!

      Wow cool story! Reebs and I have talked about doing some sort of ravioli. It’s a little off brand in that it requires so much work, but would be fun on one of our live cooking shows.

    We don’t get pumpkin in a can here 😢gonna have to do the frozen butternut squash. If this is as good as your hambugerless helper it’ll do me😊🥰

      We don’t get pumpkin in a can here in Australia and I don’t think we have frozen squash either !!! We are still in the Dark Ages here in Brisbane ☹️☹️.

      @@michelebridge1126 🤣🤣I worked in Coles in Caloundra. I think we just have to get inventive lol. Check out High Carbs Hannah’s lentil loaf it’s a great staple and easy to find ingredients. The one on her website is best it gives you exact proportions. 😊

    I’m assuming it doesn’t matter which way you do it but your video says to put the nooch in the blender and your directions in the description say to put the nooch in with the sautéed onions and mushrooms. just thought I’d let you know

    I know I'm going to sound like the most basic of white girls... and I feel I've watch most if not ALL your videos!... but do you have a Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe? Sorry, once fall hits... I drop my manhood, pick up the white mittens, fluffy boots, cozy hat, cute scarf and randomly pick up the leaves on the ground... okay, not that bad... I know you don't do coffee really and I'm cutting off coffee for my New Years Resolution. But a coffee/espresso/SOS free Pumpkin Spice Latte would be amazing! Thanks you guys for the great content, you both are so awesome! I just got my wife hooked on you guys, and we wants to try some of the Nooch and more!

      @@Nipstradamus OK...hope it's ok for me to post this, and I apologize to whomever authored it, as I've lost the original file card I wrote it down on:
      In a small sauce pan, mix 1 C almond or other nondairy milk
      2 Tbs unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
      1-2 tsp maple syrup
      1/2 tsp vanilla extract
      1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
      Bring to simmer, turn off heat, put through a blender. Mix with hot, fresh coffee in mug. Dust w/freshly grated nutmeg.
      Hope that help!
