As a former track athlete in college, there’s no better way to relive those days of training, recovering, and optimizing my life toward one goal than watching your videos. As a sport scientist / professor, I love seeing your training methods and sometimes use footage from your preparation in my S&C class. As a fellow UA-camr, your editing style is fire. Keep crushing it.
I still train like I'm competing and whats interesting is people in my gym think I'm some sort of elite trainer... i just tell them I love the sport so I base my training around it
@@tiffanyscott4101 Keep it up and you'll be one of those centenarians setting records one day because you never stopped training. That's my plan anyway 😂
I think I speak on behalf of everyone here; you are one of the only creators that can upload after months and It's always worth it. Every video is like its own cinematic masterpiece. You've really inspired my sprinting and youtube journeys, thank you man ⚡🙏🏼
What do you think made you get a time not close to your best , just curious as I find it hard to get my head around when I’m not performing at my best when I feel like my training is on point and I’ve done everything I could have preparing
It looks like your injury cost you a lot in volume in the early season. the speed training has definetly paid off, meanwhile the endurance training takes a lot of volume which was something you missed. You can see the legs just shutting off as you enter the final 50m. As your training volume starts to increase again and you will do more endurance the problem will surely resolve itself and youll be back running 20.6/20.7 in no time!!!
@@Runfastgo No need to be quiet hehe, thanks. I appreciate feedback, negative or positive. It's just that it will often not be helpful as commenters do not have the full picture.

Mathias, don't get frustrated because you don't have results, keep training and little by little the fruits will come out.
Sir please new workout schedule plan
Retrun bro 😅😅😅😅😅
Dude keeps talking about why he am I slowing down at the end and feeling fatigued? Lol stop warming up so long
I've tried warming up for 40 minutes, 50/60/70, believe me.
shouldn't 20-25 minutes warmup be enough . you might be spending your substantial amount of energy in warmups . @@hovejoha
Ok i"ll be quiet lol. Love your footage@@hovejoha

100 percent understood. Great footage though and thanks for the response. What kind of camera do you use for sprint recording. Very clear@@hovejoha
