Thank you. I had an Ertl IH-1086 as a kid. When I found the tractor, I thought "that is a full circle", lol. It is a very nice tractor and still need some TLC, but should last me a good long time.
The set it about 1 to 2 inches closer to the steering wheel. No I need to lose some weight, lol. It is very nice in there. Thanks again for being here and commenting.
79 was a good year. I was finishing up another tour overseas at the time. It seems like when I left, everyone was using IH H & M, JD A & B, etc. when I returned, these monsters were in the field along with JD 4020, Ford 9000, and the big Cases and MF. Brings back good memories. You should feel like a king with an air seat under you lol
The ones from an earlier video were called Snap-in nuts. The ones I was waiting for and at the beginning of this video are No-slip Clip-in nuts and I found them on McMaster-Carr. It was easy to setup an account and they were here the next day with UPS except the last stuff that the US post office delivery. I tracked that package for 4 days. It made it to Columbus, then went to Detroit, Pittsburgh, and back to Columbus before coming to our Lima area. Once here it made it to my small town post office for delivery. The Post Office is so messed up, lol.
I have never noticed a change in the engine when I close the doors but I do now, WOW. It is definitely very nice. Thanks for being here and commenting.
This set does not give as much legroom as the factory one does. I wish I could push it back a little bit more but having a set that is more comfortable than what was in it is nice. It does sit up higher so that is better.
Wow!! That looks great!! That seat looks amazing on there!! I know how the ones that don't want to be on camera go 🤦😉 I should know more about them since I own one, but you probably do. Was the diff lock and third remote options? Mine has nether, and does yours have the telescoping wheel? Thank you Mr Tim, can wait to see it out working soon! How much weight do you have across the front, if may ask yet another question 🤦😁
The 3rd remote was an option but I think the diff lock of some sort was standard. I would have to look in the manual to see if there was a mechanical lever for some. Yes the steering wheel does go in and out, but it's out all the way. What❓️a nother question, lol. There are 12 suitcase weight and I think they are 100# each but could be 120#, I'm not sure. Your question are great and I don't mind answering them. Thanks again for being here and commenting.
@@TAHDAHFarm Well sir thank you very much for taking time to answer them! 😁 I am gonna be needing some additional weight very soon if things pan out🙏 Thank you for the info!! Yes sir always!!

Question on the seat, is the back narrower then the factor style that’ll give more leg room? Been looking at a air ride for mine for awhile.
Thanks

Is the button sticking out of the floor for the diff lock?
Yes sir, it is an electric momentary switch to a solenoid valve. Thank you for your comments.
