    Love this because sometimes it isn’t clear what’s expected on both sides until it’s too late. Transparency and recalibration is key. Thanks Anne

      Thank you Yashica. Yes most of the time the conflicts or frustration happens because expectations weren’t set in detail and consent. I think it takes as much skill to set objectives and expectations as to provide feedback. Just takes a little bit of practice.

    Great content but it would be more clear if you could show key factors or tips by words on the screen when you mention that will help audiences to concentrate & remember important information

    I would like to offer a simple shift in the overall mindset about HR. Instead of doing Performance Review (Person) use Performance Review (Project Management) as the baseline.
