The more i research dune, the more I realize how compatible it is as both a historical accounting and future prophetic religious canon for today’s elites
A very good summary on the topic. I was starting to forget the point of the whole series but this video reminded me quite a lot!
I vbelieve that the Great Enemy of mankind is actually .. mankind itself. Its own weaknesses, shortcomings and deepest bad traits, all summed up and pontensified millionfold.
No the “Great Enemy” is not man kind itself (hint: the Great Enemy is first introduced in “The Butlerian Jihad” )

@@ServantOfOdin Read Chapterhouse Dune (book following God Emperor of Dune, and Heretics of Dune) Hunters of Dune, and Sand worms of Dune, that is all I’m telling you 😉 Edit: I should have put “Heretics of Dune” on that reading list (sorry) “Heretics” takes place 1500 years after “God Emperor” it resurrects Duncan for the ??? time 😋, it introduces the Honor Matres, re introduces the Bene Jesserit (sp new Mother Superior) and re arranges the sand on the desert 🏜 that is Arakis, and not for the better (hint) if read “Chapter house” before “Heretics” if you haven’t read “Heretics” you will be confused.

To my shame I never finished Dune in book form so never got to the later books. But I've wondered what the golden path's deal was for YEARS so thanks for making this!
Wait wait wait Paul and Leto you did drugs till you concluded the best thing for the human race was to deliberately sabotage everything while sealing yourself in a bulletproof worm skin until they finally blew you up and moved civilization forward again? Are you SURE you didn't just move the goal posts to where every speed freak ends up anyway?
I read the first two books years ago ut only read the rest in the last year they are so good the audiobook versions are amazing easier to absorb imo
To my shame, i never read past God Emperor, and that was over a decade ago.
@@GrimDarkNarrator i hadn't either but heretics is incredibly good and covers the repercussions of god emperor. And explains the golden path . And the atrades family millennia later . The first chapter of heritics is incredible setting the scene 15 hundred years since god emperor. The last two books really focus on the sisterhood or those employed by them . Its wonderful and Duncan idaho of course is the glue of consistency
Can you do one about Thufir Hawat? Would love to hear more about him. Especially after he was forced to work for the harkonnen. I love your work. :) Keep up

Sissifying men = bad idea.
Quite strange that the intent is to elevate mankind, but to do so by upending the natural order, sexual dimorphism, the roles of men as leaders and soldiers. Not that women should be barred entirely from man's work, but I say it should be the exception and not the rule, as set forth by the Creator
