About time!!! I've been waiting for this for so long!
I definitely want to do this to mine down the road. After I finish some tuning test with factory setups for videos. I then plan a kit like this.
The coolant reroute that pusher intakes sells works really well and looks clean.
I run SPE tunes but a smeding piping kit and I can say on my truck it seems like the hot and cold pipes are just a tad longer than they should be. Or my intercooler seems closer to the turbo I'm not sure.
Im ready for it!! Hope the fitment is perfect for the emperor kit as well i have on my truck!
Put this kit on my 2019 6.7 this weekend with the coolant reroute kit. I FREAKN LOVE IT! The reroute kit cleaned up the lines running throught tthe middle of the engine bay. Fit like a dam glove!!

Full pipe kits have been out for years MPD full piping kit runs up to 17+ trucks I run one with a budget turbo kit on a 14 F350.
Are you going to run the 370 ball bearing on stock fuel at first? I'm curious to see how it spools before you upgrade the cp4!

How does SPE's piping kit compare to MPD's and Pusher's kit? Does SPE's have more flow? I've been patiently waiting for SPE to come out with this for my 2019. All their other products kick ass hoping they can do the same with this kit.

Have you noticed a difference after now after this current mod with your SPE CCV reroute?...Mine seems to puff during idle a little bit...Maybe this is haze?...No oil drip though so that's good.

I got impatient waiting on SPE and got the No Limit kit and its pretty bad ass. I ordered the 11-16 kit as I previously moved the battery back when I had the s&b. My truck is a 17. I like SPE and buy some of their stuff as well and plan on doing more too
Did it work with the s@b filter or u used the filter from kit
@@marcom8166 I had to use the filter from the kit and remove the box leaving the battery tray, the no limit filter is a larger diameter as the piping is much bigger then the s&b as well. The s&b filter will not fit the no limit pipe.

Great kit however, , , Seems like there are a couple janky issues with a real good fit in those couple places you mentioned. Would be nice to see it put together correctly. I'm sure those things would bother a lot of people.

6:07 Im weary of Plastic radiators but a thermostat Housing right out of the engine especially considering diesels run hotter than gas engines is even worse.
Did you get turbo whistle with this kit or did you already have it with the air intake?
He had the silencer ring machined out of his factory compressor housing when he had it built. But if you have an aftermarket charger, you will hear it spool with any piping kit or intake tbh.
2 years later and it’s still prototype. I like the this color better. Did you tune your truck? What happened to the throttle sensor?

A little late now, lol but you can run to the dollar store and grab some cheap hair spray and put on your intercooler piping boots. They will about never blow off again.

Wondering the same thing myself. Seen a couple of kits with this style set up and they seem to be (off-road use only) they don’t comply to emission standards

Question, do I need to be tuned and lose the EGR for this?
Since you would be removing the stock lower intake, which contains the throttle body butterfly valve, I would assume as much. The throttle body works in conjunction with the egr where the butterfly valve restricts fresh air flow into the engine while the egr valve is open (during regen I believe). This encourages the engine to use more EGR air as opposed to fresh air. Therefore, no more egr means no more need to restrict fresh air. Moreover, when doing EGR delete, it's common to unplug the throttle position sensor (TPS) because there is no need for the butterfly valve. There are a few forums in regards to this matter. Hopefully this helps.

@@kwhopper5409 if you have an ez lynk auto agent, you'll be able to find SPE tunes or whoever you want tunes from online and link with the VIN of your truck or your email; see if you can find a walk through of the whole process online💪
