Chapter markers on video timeline. Not sure how I feel about the mimic right now. I have no interest in doing "challange runs" on first playthroughs, but I do very much want the game to be difficult! I'm the type of person who gets pumped up after dying to a boss 50 times... both of the major bosses were pretty easy with the mimic out. Can't believe it hasn't been nerfed more. Great times though! See you all tomorrow night / Saturday & Sunday afternoon EST time.
On the flip side I did ~130 solo boss tries between dragon, lion, and knight. Dragon I beat with learning the moves, knight I got lucky he got trapped in a corner, lion...still trying.
It doesn’t need to be nerfed, then everyone starts crying about the next OP summons like Black Knick Tiche. Then it’s never ending. Just use a different summons
The mimic feels like summoning another player but without the co-op scaling
Choosing to use a weapon art that locks you into an animation and makes you an easy target sure was a choice against the Blackgaol Knight.
Wolf taking of his armour mid battle has to be one of the hightlits of his career

You didn't cast a single spell during the first half of the Blackgoal Knight fight.
I'm not a mage I don't need to cast spells. The spells that I do have use up a lot of FP which I want to save for my weapons ash of war attacks

Awesome episode 1 dude. Also I 100% agree that transmog spoils the feeling of a game for me, I like having to chose between looks or function until I find that perfect piece that is both and feel rewarded.

Rellana is a otally unfair boss. Too evasive and too fast. Got the feeling that i had to get lucky with the agros and the sword slashes to acomplish something.
After beating her i definitively feel like She roll catches a bit too much, i tried to Jump some of the attacks (there are many you can Jump) to see of it would do something but i was too slow so i Just surrender and starter hit trading with her, She Is definitively overtuned
Sounds like a skill issue, no boss is unfair.
Like with many bosses it's all about learning the moveset... died to her like 30 times but each time I got a bit better... pretty much the definition of "git gud"
I changed my entire play style for her. Went sword and board, talisman increasing guard counters, stamina Regen and enchanced blocking. Great fight
Fromsoft needs to nerf the mimic bro, the bosses go from nearly impossible to super easy. It’s not a great balance
Agreed. I would love to use the mimic, but I don't want it to be that powerful lol
So use a different summons.
