Just wanted to say thank you for always adding those GREAT stretches at the end of your workouts!! I love yoga for all the wonderful stretching because not only does it feel good (in a hurt-ish challenging kind of way) but also very relaxing. I discovered yoga 6 years ago, and although I wasn't a very flexible person in the begining, I fell in love with it. I also benefitted from the way it forced me to relax my body and mind due to being an anxious person by nature. I have been able to carry these techniques with me ever since then to apply both in my life and exercise routine. Anyway, I have little to no time to practice yoga anymore and it's all I can do just to fit in your exercise routine everyday (but I benefit the most from your program due to getting older, thank you for that 😉 ). So I love the stretches you include at the end of your programs because they remind me of the good ol' years of my yoga practice. THANKS for that!

Day 10 done! Oh, PJ, you really outdid yourself with this one! Glutes are beyond activated, core is on fire, and I'm drenched in sweat! I cannot believe I was able to stick with 25 lbs. for all 4 rounds and did all the high impact moves! LOVED this workout, and the stretches at the end were SO nice! Thank you so much PJ!
Thank you, PJ. This was amazing. I took a few weeks off of working out because of a vacation and a cold. I was feeling a little bit down because I needed to get back into taking care of my body. I realize that your workouts are more than just exercise to me, they keep me emotionally well and give me strength in everything I do for the rest of the day. You have taught me so much and I really enjoy and appreciate you as a trainer and a strong, hilarious woman. Ooooommmmgggggg If that cloth band series was a repeat I'd be cursing you out of it lol 😆😆😆😆 Omg now that was a doosie EXCELLENT workout Ab work oooo yyyyyeeessssssss I LOVE IT people think I'm mad loving ab workouts but I do 😂 For the plank tap I just put the dumbbell standing and tap it But as for the rest lower body compound.......boom 💥 tigh burn all the wayyyyy I used my 22 pound kettlebell because I don't have dumbbells that heavy but seriously affective Love love LOVE it That was a BIG workout Cheers coach legend Steph 🇮🇪
It's been a while since I've done a big workout like this and I have got to be honest when I saw the length I thought 'on no'! I am so pleased I did it though. The exercises were well put together, I felt it was doable yet I could feel it working and I was feeling good at the end. The only downside is that it is hot in the UK at the moment, an added challenge!

Great workout but just a but too long for a workday! I bought some fabric bands and HELLO HIPS! Yikes did that hurt. I was so glad for just 1 round of those burners! totally sweaty workout,! Loved it!
OMG - Oh my glutes! (and wobbly legs!) Thanks for this challenging workout! Speaking of coordination and body awareness, I once was trying to give someone directions and I went to point my left finger like "over there" across my body to the right side. When I did that, I caught my left nostril, scratched it, and drew a little blood in the process. LOL!
Today was as much a mental workout as it was a physical one! The first challenge was pushing play when I saw the 48 minute time stamp! But I needed those 10 minutes of yummy stretches. I'm proud of myself for completing every round. Yep, I almost ditched out after round 2 of the metcon circuit, and yep, again at the end of round 3. But I made it all the way through all 4 rounds - and even jumped that last round of gate swings!
I was dreading the longer workout but boy I needed that after an indulgent weekend. Really enjoyed it, got a good sweat on and feel strong. Reckon I’ll have achy muscles though, thank goodness it’s arms day tomorrow 😅 Thanks Pj for making me push myself ❤
Thank you PJ, this felt good. I’m recovering from thumb joint surgery on my left hand which I had on Oct 2nd. I can only use my right hand so this lower body routine was great for me to do. I’m trying to exercise the best I can without using my left hand so planks and push-ups are a no no for me at this time.
Wonderful workout. I added a 10 mins run on the treadmill before the stretches. Feeling awesome. This is my last day off work for Leeds City Council and my last workout in the office gym. Feeling excited for the new but sad to leave my lovely office gym behind 😄. Missing ex colleagues hmmmm nope 😄 😂x
This one just slayed me; I decided to use 15lb. (one handed), and 20lb.(sumo compound) instead of my usual 10lbs. 🥵🥵 BUT, felt really good after stretching.
🙌 Today, the only thing better than hearing “One more round, then we’re done!” is “…last ten seconds…We did it!” Well, that’s how challenging this workout is for me, anyway. I’m thinking about doing the Ignite Challenge again. I really benefited from it! Thanks, PJ!❤

I love this workout! Lower body strength with cardio is probably my favorite combo :) And when it comes to being clumsy and bruising myself, I'm right there with you PJ. My legs are covered in bruises from banging into things, playing with 2 big dogs (Zoro puppy is like a wrecking ball!), and lord knows what else ;) The other day I woke up with a black eye- no clue what I did to myself! At least I know I'm not the only one ;)
Can't remember too well doing this the first 🥇 time , but I guess I must have! by the last round I was dreaming of coffee ☕ and breakfast, It was a sweaty one 😅 but good 👍
