Alcohol will forever be more dangerous than kratom
Doctor’s prescribing meds for kick backs is worse…this guy gives those creeper vibes.
Yep and cigarettes and many other man made pills
I don’t drink everyday though
@@JugsOnMySack I drink however kratoms still safer
Alcohol is more dangerous than heroin. *We've never had 10s of millions of heroin addicts out driving the streets during weekends, holidays, festivals etc.*
And that point isn't even scratching the surface!
Feed them methadone for a decade… that’s outrageous and not medicine.
or Suboxone
Don’t forget to kick them off with no recourse when they relapse
7 straight years on methadone… got off with Kratom.. def the lesser of two evils and it’s not even fucking close. I’m so much more clear minded on Kratom. Trying to ween off the Kratom so I don’t have to be on anything, but Kratom is way better for my mental. I don’t even get high off of it.. a little head tingle for 10 min every once and a while and it calms my nerves a bit, but that’s it.
People actually live productive lives on methadone and have for decades.
Fr!
Guy who is sponsored by big pharma says kratom is dangerous
Right ! Actual people have said it’s saved there life
Shocker
It's pretty similar to suboxon actually, in effect. Alltho it contains many more alkaloids & is not regulated so ye. But it's not dangerous or poisonous in itself.
I've had intractable lumbar pain for years now. just started kratom. Picked my parents dog up for the first time. Don't lie to people.
I think this doctors mad he can’t make money pushing pills like a dope dealer.😂😂
Obviously can't cash in on-selling his pharmaceutical such as benzos which are more dangerous so yah he's pissed
I used to work with this doctor. He makes a lot of money prescribing suboxone out the ass! I’ve even seen him prescribe suboxone to people that never touched an opiate, for meth cravings as a “craving medication”. THATS what outrages ME! It’s criminal, and it’s not helping people.

@Landon Bosselmann Okay buddy 😂. I'm very sure you just so happened to work with this specific doctor out of millions of other doctors that are in practice, and your totally not just butthurt that he said something bad about your precious kratom 🥺. Please enlighten us with all the details because we all very much believe some internet random that claims he worked with that specific doctor.
@@landonbosselmann7992 sorry about that
If a doctor said it than it must be true.. Plus it's on the internet!
Bwaha😂
Good one🤣
What about the jab doctors said it was 100% effective then 90% and so on and so forth till they just flat out said it’s effective to line their pockets with sweet sweet Pfizer money when in reality your giving yourself myocarditis and blood clots the jab proved you cannot trust drs fully these days or the govt
Just throw an apple at him, he'll go away
This doctor would sue over not seeing a Prop65 Warning on it.
I use Kratom almost daily. Never had any side effects, go to the gym daily, it helps me deal with a high intensity sales job, no longer drink alcohol, I don’t care what internet doctors think this stuff helps me live a better life.
It's nice until it isn't. Then you are trapped. Good luck
@@Boojyman free will
@@lustalgia... withdrawal
@@Boojymanserious withdrawals that get you trapped usually only happen when people are using kratom to get high. They try to get high everyday and fuck up their tolerance to the point where theyre using 60g per day and many eventually have to move to extracts because swallowing 60g of powder each day is not fun. Thats when the serious withdrawals happen. As long as you arent abusing it to get high regularly and you take tolerance breaks when needed you wont suffer withdrawals or at worst youll suffer very mild withdrawals that most people can handle. Even if you do end up rasing your tolerance to the point you get “trapped” you can just taper as long as you actually have the will to quit/go back to using normal doses. The good thing with kratom is that its legal in many places, relatively cheap, and best of all its safe and negative health affects arent terrible (though there definitely will be noticeable health effects when using high amounts each day) so its not like other illegal opiods where you might have to quit cold turkey because your supply got cut off, you ran out of money, or because of the danger of using black market drugs.
@@Azepam if youre saying that in reference to people trying to get high off of it and constantly raising their doses as their tolerance goes up, then you would be right. Those are the people who get addicted to it. People who use it regularly for pain, energy, sleep, anxiety, etc. will rarely ever get addicted to it. With kratom, the strong euphoric effects typically go away after using it a couple times, but the therapeutic effects will stay, so when people are using kratom for therapeutic effects, they usually never have to increase their dose, many people can use their same dose nearly every day for months straight without getting withdrawals. In some cases they might get mild withdrawals but those are typically more like going through mild caffeine withdrawals. Its a different story when people are trying to get high off of it. Now you can probably get consistently “high” off of it if you only use it 1-2 times a week, but beyond that your tolerance is going to raise to a sort of base level and at that point youre gonna have to increase your dose quite a bit, then next thing you know youre using 50+ grams per day and you go through opioid like withdrawals if you try to quit cold turkey. People who are trying to get that strong high without taking long breaks in between each few uses will typically get addicted to it. People who use it in moderation wont.
This doc, and Big pharma upset they're losing money to a plant.

@@Boojyman did you fucking read what he said? He said it got him OFF of drugs! What would you rather see, someone stay on something like oxy or heroin, or use a plant that's WAY LESS HARMFUL and get off the harder more dangerous stuff? You're gonna sit there and judge someone for using kratom to get off opioids (assuming that's what he had been on), but I bet you have no problem with people using methadone to get off opioids, right? Methadone is way more harmful and way less effectice than kratom, but it's hailed as a godsend while kratom is condemned. Why? For the same reason chemotherapy is hailed as a godsend, while much safer and more effective natural cancer treatments are hidden from us and condemned as "quackery". Just like every other alkaloid containing substance such as caffeine and nicotine.

Kratom help a lot of people to leave opioids
Kratom is addictive, I wish I could say it's not, I've been using for almost two years now everyday, though it helps a lot with pain, Energy and social anxiety/skills it comes to a point where you start getting symptoms and when you quit it becomes hell you will go through withdrawal, still though it's been a help
Bro anything can be addictive and habit forming. But if you think kratom is real addiction you never been on opiates or xanax level addiction. THAT is real addiction. You can go without kratom, it's a mental thing. Those other two will have you SICK. Also like weed, you have to know what kratom you're getting. There are tons of kratom that made my anxiety 20x worse...and there some take it RIGHT AWAY. You have to know whats good for you as well as a daily dosage that wont give you bad side effects. Less kratom is better than a lot of kratom.
Almost anything can be addictive. Of course you’ll experience adverse effects with drug abuse. Drugs can be helpful, if used in moderation and responsible
I deal with chronic pain daily. Til the day I get a dirt nap. Surgery ain't a option..hmm. Guess I will just take my kratom and get on with my day.
I second Jay. Also taper slowly. Alternate strains so you aren’t constantly increasing the dose to get the same effect. Stay away from extracts and use just enough to get the desired effect. With some moderation and planning most people could drastically reduce the negative effects of the wonderful plant.
@ericrollings exactly. 2-2.5g, twice a day at most. I taper down if I go above that for more than a few days. Just have to accept some pain in between doses, and it will increase quality of life. Used responsibly, it is an incredibly therapeutic medicine

And stop declaring something is “dangerous” solely because YOU have a problem with it 🙄
It’s a lifesaver for many people. Also, plenty of prescribed meds cause uncomfortable, even life threatening withdrawal effects upon sudden cessation. I have IBS, wanna know what doctors prescribe for that sometimes? Benzos. THAT withdrawal can and will kill you. Basically: just because suddenly stopping a med causes withdrawal, that doesn’t make it “bad” or “dangerous.” If it makes you uncomfortable, that just means it’s not the right option for YOU.
Addictive and dangerous are two different things. Alcohol is addictive and actually far more dangerous and damaging to your health than kratom is. Should we take it away from people because of that? No... Btw, did you know alcohol withdrawal can actually kill you?
@@lachousalle31 Kratom is/can be dangerous.
You slowly taper. Then tough it out a few days and go on.
To *wean yourself off of it, just start slowly dropping your dose every few days. It really isn't hard at all. Just taper down. Drop your dose and let your body get used to the drop and then drop the dose lower again and let your body catch up and keep doing that until you're off. It's not like actually opiates or benzos. It's INCREDIBLY easy to get off of without making you deathly ill but you have to be in the right mindset and actually dedicated to getting off of it.
This clip is nonsense. You can overdo anyting you can overdo sleep, eating, video games, drugs, TV ect... take responsibility and be an adult with your life and make grown-up decisions. If Kratom is Natural & if it works for you it's better than just about any synthetic thing out there..

I'm not a scientist but maybe the withdrawals only affect people who have previously been addicted to opioids?
you have to take it pretty much all day every day, in order to withdraw. I mean waking up in the middle of the night, to take more when it wears off.
people using it to get off opiates may have to do this, depending on their level of physical dependence. But being dependent on kratom is objectively less nightmarish than opiates. Kratom won't cause you to make terrible, life altering decisions and you won't d'i'e from the withdrawals, if you do get them.
