I’m assuming your talking about 2:16? It took me a minute to get it too and I’m using a snes so saving is only in save rooms. Either I get good or give up, I like the super Metroid hacks so I better myself. So the answer is just try to do like you see it being done set up and jump from the same area and chances are you can get through the speed boost parts
@@tristantaus4556 after shinsparking and jump and be sure to be spinning, while spinning you press up on the d pad then either left or right ( what way you are going) To then press jump . Practice also you don’t have much time to do this. To go left. While in the air spinning ⬆️ then ⬅️ then jump button. To go right ⬆️ then ➡️ then jump button. Good luck on your mission

That one part shinesparking down the long door either I'm not getting enough time or doesn't work..
They should've addressed L button to go straight either left of right..its not even letting me do shinesparking straightforward at all
