Great vid with very good technique! Those bases need to have little spaceships or flying dragons above them!! I like that you kept the washed and dry brushing uneven. That’s good because real rocks are rarely consistent when they get larger then jewelry. One thing to add is that I spend a lot of time staring at rocks in the backyard while thinking about the coloring.
It's a good way to think about nature and really everything. You have to train your eye to see the nuances, and it makes recreating it much easier. Nature is so easy because it's random with no real rules. Thanks!

Those do look really good! Especially at such a small scale, it's hard to get realistic rock patterns, but this seems to work really well.
