Today I reach the end of my journey in the Malvern Hills in 2019 as my walk takes me up the final few hills of the ridge. My first stop is St Ann’s Well, set in a lovely location on the hillside before rejoining the main ridge path at the Wyche Cutting, from where I left off last time. The mist thickens as I begin to follow the ridge, but thankfully it clears again as I proceed to the two highest points on the Malvern Hills…..
Filmed in the Malvern Hills in the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Locations include Great Malvern, the 99 Steps, St Ann’s Well, Rushy Valley, Upper Colwall, Wyche Cutting, Summer Hill, Worcestershire Beacon, Sugarloaf Hill, Table Hill, North Hill, End Hill and Green Valley. This is the last in a series of six films shot in the Malvern Hills during 2019.

This is a real great program, Patrick. The St. Ann's well and its associated building are a real treasure. Going up on to the hills was a treat after that early mist, but what spectacular views from each of them, including the Beacon and the North Hill. Definitely a place I would like to visit. Yay...The finale! With so many hikers, it sure is a popular place to to spend a day. Alway appreciate your uploads Patrick. By the way, I love fish and chips also. Had the best near Tower of London by the ticket booths.
Thank you Richard, yes there were a lot of folk on the Beacon that day, kids were still off over Christmas hols so I wasn't surprised really. Those fish and chips afterwards went down well :)

The music in this was lovely Patrick,and paired with the beautiful scenery,especially from the summit,gave this a cinematic feel,and with your company and wonderful narration throughout made this a lovely watch,which I will be enjoying again,I'v so enjoyed this latest series of six films,and my Sunday nights will seem a little emptier now,you've become a master of your art Patrick and deserve greater recognition,I hope when you feel ready,you can bring us more,as I'v said before,its been better than anything I'v watched on the tv,the last five weeks I'v waited up till midnight to watch them but couldn't do for this sixth as I was away early Monday for a very busy week for my 60th,but looked forward to watching it when I returned and had some time,and it was every bit as good as anticipated, thanks again for all your hard work you put into your films,and thankyou for sharing them and in the meantime,stay well and take care,

Well, I finally got back here Patrick. I think you saved the best til last. The gods were smiling upon you to deliver such conditions. It was all about the views today. And they were spectacular and brought back equally good memories. The last time Paul and I were on North Hill we walked the whole series of hills after a brew and then back into Ledbury late.
