I had to stop watching and just listen during that second level. The way the world kept bending gave me a roaring migraine. Can’t believe the devs did that. 🤢
I've played certain games like that that actually work better and don't give you that feeling but this was just weird how the world kept moving like that it looked weird
I'll give you a fact about this game have you realize when the game was released people actually gotten seizures during the final boss of the game and they have to patch it out they knew how bad that cause people.
Naka wanted to redo a Nights into Dreams but he forgot we were not in 1995 anymore. I will do like SquareEnix, pretend this game never existed and remember Yuji Naka as the programmer of Sonic and the producer of Phantasy Star Online.
Listening to Alex's takes on the 49ers & Rams after today's results where both the Rams & 49ers were in the NFC Championship game. This must have been several weeks ago.
To be honest, I got this brand new on Nintendo Switch catridge for quarter of price. The problem was layout input was really annoying, even jump button have 4 input The levels some goods, but some make me puke It's a shame the concept was good, but maybe Square Enix forcing Yuji Naka to rush this game

Damm YT must've double down on their ads. Been trying to watch some old funny VODs and 2 hours in I'm at 20+ AD breaks lmao. Never had this much trouble trying to enjoy a back log since twitch only holds them for a certain period of time.

This looks like a very bad first draft of a game that should have been released at the turn of this century (somewhere between, lets say, 1998 and 2002) but was instead shelved and forgotten about until last year when it was rediscovered, polished up by just a smidge, and published as a totally new game. It reminds me of Spyro, Crash Bandicoot etc.
Go watch Dreamcast guys review on it especially go watch Sam procrastinates his review on the game they did such an inacredible job talking about how bad the game is and why people should not bother wasting their money on this piece of garbage. And they are way better games that kids should be playing right now than this pile of trash.
This game is 10 dollars on ps4 switch used and they paid 39.99 damn I wouldn't have paid that much at all i love ajs but damn that's alot for this shitty game

Just looks like a Mario Odyssey ripoff, but yeah definitely not as bad as they're making it out to be. Kinda lame but seems perfectly decent and playable for some. Wouldn't play it myself but still probably doesn't deserve to be in a list of the worst games of the year lol.
@@justcows7772 It seems like a competent 3D platformer. It has issues, of course, but the platforming didn't look problematic. Some design issues make the game a bit tedious. Anyway, the music sounds good... except for the dance scenes. Also, the environments look interesting, even if the character models don't.
@@justcows7772 Some games have problems. Doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. If the game had an instruction manual and I happened to like those dance sequences and the character models, I really wouldn't have much of an issue with the game. It's just a simpler platformer, like a Kirby game. Even Kirby has dabbled with one-button controls before.

You see Joe they made the ingenious decision to include all the story and lore for the game in a tie in novel.
You’d think that but the novel has a surprising lack of actual story and lore too.

This game released on the same day as It Takes Two! In my opinion the Best game and the Worst game of 2021 came on the same day.

The game was not rushed it spent about 3 years in development. The game is just bad design to its very core.

The game is a good 6/10, maybe a 7 if youre forgiving. I enjoyed it quite a bit, worth getting on sale, got it for $10
