I used Japanese bread flour - TOMIZ is the brand name. This one flour is from Hokkaido

@@tarzancooks I tried yesterday but it doesn’t fermented. I use the active dry yeast maybe I use the wrong yeast. How much milk do you add to the milk mixed with egg? Can you tell me which yeast you use? And what did I doing wrong? Thanks
His method are correct.
@@litolovely Maybe your yeast are old or expired. Get new yeast.
