I've now listened to Atomic Habits a few times and been listening to many podcasts with James. I must say, that his book, research and methods are very easy to implement, which separates him from many other self-help authors. I love the way that he breaks it down to 1-2 minutes pr/day, before going all or nothing. And the funny thing is, Im actually an "All or nothing" person, but I can only go for so long, before I cut down on certain aspects in my "all in" approach.
It's almost like his practical advice is how to actually implement other business advice from all the other books out there.
Things i've done since listening to Atomic Habits 2 months ago:
    - Get up earlier every day, going earlier to bed
    - Drink water as soon as i wake up - place it on the counter day before
    - Take vitamins everyday - place them on the counter day before
    - Eat fruit everyday - place them on the counter day before
    - Try to remember packing my gymbag before going to work, so i have no excuse to not go to the gym after work
    - Walking to work instead of biking to work - placed my bike on the other side of the street, so i remind myself that i dont need it
    - Placing my phone on airplane mode on the table, when i go to bed (if i wanna watch something i do it on my ipad with no soclal media on it)
    - Almost cleaning my home everyday before going to bed, 15 mins of putting stuff in the dishwasher on just make the kitchen and livingroom look need (my gf is in shock sometimes lol)
Now that I put it in writing it seems like a lot, but it doesnt feel like it to be honest. Most of it takes a few extra minutes a day and is done right after one another - habit stacking i guess.
And what I like most about James, is that he never has the 100% right answer to questions - his book is not the end all be all and that is rare in these days.
    Awesome podcast guys!

Wow! That was absolutely stunning. Like you said Hugh, James’ humility with how he gives his message (paraphrasing now) was just incredible. Love seeing all your faces versus just listening was super cool too! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

34:39 Rather than asking yourself, "Hey, what could I do on my best day?" you should start by saying, "What can I stick to even on the bad days?" That's your baseline for the habit you're trying to build. You scale it down so it's so easy to do that you can't say no to it, even when you're feeling stressed, tired, and exhausted. If you can just focus on that and establish this kind of habit, becoming that kind of person in a small way, well, now we can start to advance, upgrade, and improve.
