Just realized I didn’t mention actually setting up teknoparrot as an emulator but that’s also pretty easy to do. Just make sure you select teknoparrotUI.exe as the emulator itself
Is this another way of finding an executable files?

One of the most straight forward TP tutorials I have seen..Teknoparrot is one of the biggest pains in the ass for emulation I have ever seen
It's different but effective with some great games. Biggest issue I find is finding game dumps always dead links.
Did you run the games in the emulator first before adding to LB/BB? Did you install the patches for the games or do you just place them in a folder game specific?
finally. Thanks for that simple tutorial! Any idea on how to make the gamepad settings work in teknoparrot? It seems to only recognize when I map keyboard controls. Even though all the gamepad button presses show up in the settings for mapping them. Nevermind. Had to change the game settings general api to Xinput

If I have a Patreon account how do I find the emulators to begin with where can I find & download the game emulators to upload to Launch box, my emulator folder is empty

@ArcadeAdam Your video instructions were amazing, but I'm having a little problem....
The logo on the platform wheel was replaced with the windows logo instead of the Teknoparrot logo I have uploaded. The method I used to add Teknoparrot had me import them as Teknoparrot files, but scrape them as Windows files. I'm not sure of the reasoning, but I'm sure that's the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or at least point me to the correct file to edit. Thanks in advance!
That logo will be in the launchbox folder/images/platforms and likely named windows, change the name or drop a new one in there to change it
How’d you get the patches installed? Like Waco races or Star Wars? I’ve got the files but I’m not following how to set it up.
Will this populate the game in the teknoparrot wheel? Or is that seperate?

Did we need to import and set all ROMs 1 by 1? There is any automatic procedure? If we have 100 roms 1 by 1???
1 by 1 for teknoparrot unfortunately since each game is unique and teknoparrot really isn’t a group of games, it supports like 20 different systems each with a few games

So my teknoparrot folder does not contain a user profiles folder, what do i do>?
you need to configure a game first so it has a chance to save them there
Nice video - thanks! Can you also tell me how to run a script to close it with my gamepad? I have that setup on my other emulators, but I'm a little confused with this one. Thanks if you can help! :) Actually it's just an issue with StarWars Battle Pod because a .exe file is needed to run it properly in full screen. So in launchbox, that game launches with the .exe file, and not the way you showed in your video. Again, - thanks if you can help with this!
