    食材:
    400克米,30克蝦米,400克芋頭,100克雞胸肉,50克香菇,100克红葱头,100毫升香菇水 ,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐,清水
    腌制鸡肉:1勺生抽&少许胡椒粉
    1.锅内放少许油,炸香红葱头,炸至金黄色捞出备用
    2.加入虾米爆香,再加入香菇丁&肉丁翻炒至肉变色均匀
    3.再加入芋头继续炒,最后把大米也加进来翻炒5分钟
    4.倒入100毫升香菇水,1 勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺盐搅拌均匀
    5.将炒好的米饭放在电饭锅内,加入一半炸好的炸葱搅拌均匀,加入清水至末盖大米1厘米
    6.煮熟装盘再撒上青葱&炸葱即可开吃啦❤️

    Ingredients:
    400 grams of rice, 30 grams of dried shrimp, 400 grams of taro, 100 grams of chicken breast, 50 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 100 grams of shallots, 100 ml of mushroom water, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, water
    Marinated chicken: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce & a little pepper
    1. Put a little oil in the pot, fry the shallots, fry until golden brown, remove and set aside
    2. Add dried shrimps and sauté fragrant, then add shiitake mushrooms and meat and stir-fry until the meat changes evenly
    3. Add taro and continue to fry, finally add rice to stir fry for 5 minutes
    4. Pour 100ml of shiitake mushroom water, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of salt and mix well
    5. Put the fried rice in the rice cooker, add half of the fried shallots and stir evenly, add water until the water above the rice 1cm
    6. Boil and serve, then sprinkle with shallots & fried shallots to start eating ❤️
