    Day 11 done! I was pleasantly surprised with my range of motion today. There were a few moves that I thought I wouldn't be able to do, but once I tried them I actually found I had greater mobility than I thought :) Thanks PJ!

    My hips are not near as bendy as they use to be. I like these movements to show me what needs to be improved
