Face Down Zip-line in Roatan Honduras

Roatan is a sensational destination just off the coast of mainland Honduras in Central America. Via South Shore Zip-Line Adventures you can take in breathtaking views from the top of the island all while having an exhilarating adventure.
This tour includes 3 parts: several standard seated zip-lines through the jungle canopy, 2 face-down "Superman" zip-lines, and a long nature trail through the jungle.
Part of our group (myself included) were instructed to start walking down a set of stairs. Unbeknownst to us, we continued straight when we were supposed to turn right and wait. We ended up walking the entire nature trail (last part of the tour) at the beginning. This held up the entire rest of the group which was a bit frustrating.
After a guide found us and we got all back together, things went smoothly. The zip-lines through the jungle were incredibly fast and the Superman zip-line was an experience like no other.
I definitely recommend this tour however expect a lot of waiting. The initial ride out is about 45 minutes and you'll also have to wait for the trucks to take you from the end of the course back up to the top several times. Bring cash since they have a great assortment of snacks but using a card is difficult.
