- After 3 days of trying to free a culvert from Beaver Dam debris, I came up with an idea that completely removed any hint of the Beaver Dam with my John Deere Excavator and a Telephone Pole. The water pressure that was built up was incredible! You have got to see this!!!

I'm about three hours deep into beaver dam removal wormhole now.... It's amazing to watch from a country that doesn't have native beavers.

I watched somebody clean out a culvert with a rope and chain and tire. Beavers just hate the sound of running water and they got to stop it.
Hey, I saw that video too. That was pretty cool. They were smaller culverts so using that tire method wouldn't have made a dent in mine but I like seeing people think outside the box, that was a good video! You are right about the Beaver. There is a dam down in there that has a busted area so I think I will try to set up a camera to see if we can catch the Beaver repairing that dam. We will see how that goes. Thanks for the comment. How to use a telephone pole as a suppository to unplug a constipated culvert. Brulliaht and resourceful.

Can i make a suggestion drill a 2 inch hole out toward the end and run a cable or chain thru it and attach to the bucket

I believe it is lawful in most states to remove blocked colverts and dams. You just can't remove the huts.

I’d say the placement of a damn in the culvert was a bad decision on their part if it wouldn’t have bothered the road it could’ve stayed 😅

I believe those were Crane footprints. I am sure they have another dam back up in there. After it dries out a bit we will try to get further up in there to look and we'll try to get a video. By the way your hat comment was hilarious 😄👍
How do you fix all that land now or do you just let it sit there?
That is bottom land so we will more than likely just let Mother Nature rebuild it. We will definitely be watching the Beaver more closely though 😉👍
