I was looking for a personal training app. I thought I had found one. But then I found Future.co. The Future Personal Training App has changed the game by making a personal trainer affordable.
Do the coaches/trainers also provide any guidance regarding nutrition?
My trainer advised that I do that separately with a certified nutritionist. Although, there might be some other coaches out there on the platform who are certified nutritionist as well.
What is the pricing? Did I miss that? I also dont see it on their website anywhere. Is it much less than a real live trainer or will we get sticker shock?
I got a year membership for $1788. That's $149 a month. So yes, much less than a personal trainer. I know it's more if you get a 6 month or 3 month membership. As I write this they are offering a 50% off deal for the first month. Start by clicking on "find a coach" and go through the prompts. I believe you have to go through all the prompts until you get to the pricing. (I can't remember now!). If you don't want to join after doing all that, just leave the website. I’m deliberating between Future and Caliber Premium and just keep going around in circles. 🤯
I’m a full on Apple user, so that’s swaying me slightly towards Future.
I love it. Same trainer and he's been mixing up my exercises to go with the sports I participate in. Surfing, tennis, and some sprinting. He's easy to get ahold of as well. He's also provided a great stretching routine for me. I'm probably going to renew in December.
