I honestly would want a champ ring or a signed game worn jersey than a rookie card. They display better than a piece of holo graphic cardboard. I think these cards value are overinflated.

I’d only believe the conditions of those cards if it were graded by AGS, otherwise, it’s likely not in the claimed condition psa or whoever says it’s in. I trust technology of grading, not people.

I hate to say it but I like the plain refractor the best… looks wise that is. The xfractor has way to much goin on, takes away from the picture. But to each their own I’d gladly take any of them lol

Will u try to send the PSA 10 to BGS to try for BGS 10 or black label? Also how about the BGS 9, will u try for PSA 9 or 10?

@@caseydouglas3671 yup, it is extremely hard to get a black label bgs. The risk of opening and damaging the card and then when you want to go back to psa, you aren’t gonna get a guarantee 10. It’s just too risky. The bgs got a 9 because it is off centered on the front and heavily off centered on the back. he’s not gonna get a psa 10.
@@Bnguyen276 cross grading, if it doesn’t get that it’ll be return as a psa slab
@@Pei-HongLiu bgs 9.5s get returned all the time. Bgs 9 has 0 chance coming back as a 10. If you got one sub grade with a 9 in your 9.5 bgs you ain’t gonna get a 10. The more tens you have in your sub grades the higher the chances. A bgs 9 flat has zero chance of getting a psa 10. Better off cracking it if it’s a bgs 9.

How can you sleep knowing that gold is bgs 9 while everything else is psa10 - ezcept the black label of course which surpasses. Big respect. I once saw the original leaf fabric of game baseball like 2000 or so. And I saw the complete set with Ruth’s /2 others /2/5/3/10. Crazy stuff and the guy had them all. I actually could’ve owned it. But I’ve only sold too soon

I’m 47 and when the industry went to slight variations, of the same pose on the card, I’m out. I still focus on high end vintage cards, it the inflated value for these cards will go the way of digital currency. Waaaaay over valued
