So conclusion is - Unit NMOS in pseudo NMOS logic will not accomodate the same current(load) that discharges the capacitor as unit sized NMOS in static CMOS inverter, due to the current contribution from PMOS. To get the same discharging current we have to scale the NMOS by Beta in pseudo NMOS.
