One of the healthiest things that I do to take care of my mental health is talk to my parents everyday when I get back from work. I’ve heard from a lot of people that they rarely call their parents. I think it’s safe to say that often times you need them more than they need you 😢

Hey a good point about teflon coating and why not to use metal on it. But Teflon is one of most resistant material, it does not react. So even if does goes into your body, it want bio-chemically alter itself. It will leave your body as such. Please don't hesitate using teflon for health issues. But yeah subr use metal on it
