Your total stay in the UK cannot be more than 4 years if you apply for one of these reasons. This includes any time you've already spent in the UK on a Graduate visa. This means??can you please clarify??
I have 7 years of work experience in india for research marketing my course is digital marketing from university of Hertfordshire.sep 2024 intake in mba digital marketing ..after completion should i get job or at least entry level job in marketing....? @dream uk
Hey Ritwik I'm currently 23 years old I'm planning for jan intake and it's a one year course. After psw completes I might be 26 running. So then am I eligible for a new entrant visa. Please clarify.
Employers can only sponsor a worker under the new entrant route for up to four years. After that, they will need to apply for a new certificate of sponsorship at the higher salary. I found this in immigration site,is this correct or not?
Great video! I have a quick question. What if the COS is issued for £35k, which is below the minimum salary threshold of £38k but higher than the standard ongoing rate? Can you still apply for a Skilled Worker visa (not under the new entrant category)?
What if I am doing less than 37.5 hours, can my salary me considered pro rata, as in below the lower going rate as per 37.5 hours, but still more when calculating according to 35 hours
Thank u for for the video. You are really knowledgeable. I hqve a question. Ive been offered a visa sponsorship of a 38-40k per year..the potentil employer mentioned that they paid COS of 3000k Il have to find and pay my own accommodation They mentioned that they will jqve to deduct thqt amount from my salary again..is this legal or possible There no relocation assistant financially. I have to fund everything. Also they said since they sponsor me il have to stick eith them only cabt change jobs otherwise my visa will be revoked and il be considered illegal.😢 Please advise
Hi, I have a question that if I spend 1 yr on my graduate visa. Can I apply for skilled worker visa for 3 yr as the new entrant limit is of 4 yr. Or I can only be able to apply for 2 yr?
@@Dream_UKThat's not true. I got my SWV even before completion of master's. Only requirement is that the job start date on CoS should be after the course end date on CAS. You can apply for a maximum of 3 months before the course end date given the above condition is met.
I don't have any work ex Graduated in 2023 I have got into kcl for msc banking and finance. My intake is sept 2024. I am confused whether to come to uk or not!! Please someone guide me. Will I get a job in uk after msc or it is too difficult or impossible for someone like me? Please guide me.
If you are financially sound and inclined towards acquiring higher qualification , go ahead. Other vise, be prepared to return after PSW. Beware that UK is an experience based job market and you must be lucky to get a sponsored job without experience. Please get in touch with recent pass outs to get a realistic situation.
