This is the mecha game I'd always dreamed of playing as a kid. Yup, I have played the psp port coz I'm a pirate but wow, the arcade machine is just amazing. The game card thing seems pretty common. They even have it for those print club machines... speaking of, you might wanna cover that at some point.
ok I just looked that up it looks like it was made by Atlus and made stickers from aa phtoograph it took of you is that right? Its a cool idea kind of like the photo booths that printed out a small strip of photos here in the states.. How was the PsP version btw?
I've heard of this one but never had the chance to play it. The cabinet design looks similar to the Star Wars Battle Pod. Granted SWBP didn't have multiplayer or internet play AFAIK. Crazy cabinets like this are the reason I've stayed with the arcades my entire life. I couldn't care less for ticket redemption or mobile apps dressed up as arcade cabinets.
Inolayed star wars battle pod in vegas that thing was a blast and i thought the same thing you did when i saw this one. Your right also this had a lot more features in it. Thabks for hanging out and checking this one out btw!
If I am not mistaken it's called "senjou no kizuna II" I never been to Japan but this game was one of the reasons I wish I could visit Japan. I think the PSP version has a similar name to it and I wish I could get my hands on it. Or if someone would be able to port the arcade version to PC. I think I heard a rumor about a new version of this game being made.
I think your 100% right on the name i just knew there was no way i would prnounce that properly and i saw bonds of the battlefielld so prominently that i used that. Id like to at least try out the psp version myself assuming i can find mine and its battery hasnt saollwn to the size of a house!
