Hi Rino - I think this is one of the best properties you have shown us lately. Lots of positives - big rooms, nice condition, nice garden, huge basement - I like the floor tiles too. I agree it makes no sense to block the view of the mountains and I am not convinced by the enclosed external stairway 🤔 - but that's no big deal. This would make a great home. I will check out the town and see what it's like too.

So large. And that view was great. What kind of floor tiles were those? They are unusual and pretty. The garden area would be nice after it is cleaned up.
That first wall of windows on the porch is definitely weird! So many huge rooms! Kitchen seems surprisingly small comparatively. Maybe the downstairs is why the upstairs one is so small. The space you say for parking the car looks like a function hall! Hold weddings there on the weekend. Or open a cafe!
How far out of the town center is it?
Hi Bob!! Weddings there won't be a thing in Italy, here they prioritize different location but, yeah, the possibility are endless, Cafè would be the best idea!
I need a pizza oven in my garage! That downstairs space has a lot of potential.
