- Today's video is about sending/receiving mobile payments with Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. As I mention in the video, currently Venmo and Zelle are only available in the US, and Cash App is available in the US and the UK. I will definitely provide an update if that changes!
All three of these platforms are what's known as peer to peer payment, basically a way for you to send and receive money from friends via your iPhone or smart phone. Venmo is owned by PayPal and Cash App is owned by Square. Zelle is a little bit different in that it has its own app, but is also integrated into over 1,000 banking apps. Chances are, if you already have an app downloaded on your phone for your bank, Zelle will already be in there. I've been seeing Zelle commercials everywhere, so I think they're working on expanding their network. Here is a link to check if your bank has Zelle integrated: www.zellepay.com/get-started
