      I consider myself lucky to have never even been PITCHED for any mlm! The closest I've ever come to an mlm is one of my siblings using ProActive Acne treatment, which is made by Roden and Fields before they became an mlm. It worked for her, but left me with a few scars. Meh, oh well.

    Interviews like this are the best of anti-MLM content. We can laugh at their cringy "team calls", and that's fun and all, but to actually hear experiences from the other side is really the most effective content possible. Hopefully, some other poor soul will run across this video and start questioning their life choices. Thanks so much for posting this!

    Hello, CC! I’m a level 6 Makeup and Hair design student in the UK. I have been watching you for a few months now but never introduced myself. For my last year project I am writing a dissertation on the effects of MLMs on the makeup industry and the predatory behaviour towards makeup students. You are one of my main inspirations and sources of information. Thank you for doing what you do!

    It is absolutely INSANE that even in a "good" year, she made around $20,000 FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR!!!! And that was BEFORE taxes and without taking into account all the money she spent on products! So she worked every single day to make the poverty line! And she STILL made more than 94% of independent consultants! HOW on Earth are people STILL not seeing that this is such a scam!

    I’m so PROUD of Julie for getting out of the MLM and seeing it for what it really is!!! The few women I know currently in MLMs have one thing in common: they are trying to fill a void. They are lacking something deep within them or seeking validation through a community in which they feel the belong.
    That’s why it’s sooo easy to emotionally manipulate these women and they don’t even realize that is happening to them. Often they’re manipulated and used by the “friend” who recruited them into the MLM cult. At least there’s 1 less person in Arbonne.
    I hope this video reaches more women so they educate themselves, figure out the true reason WHY they’re in it and have the courage to leave!! GOOD LUCK, JULIE!!!❤️

      I know you will find friends that not only love you but are worthy of your good heart! Remember the good times with her and instead of the hurt you feel from her make that into pity that she got what she deserves. She lost your friendship and she is involved in the lowest of the low scum scammers and she manifested that!! Sending you a hug. 🤗

    Considering the number of huns, it s weird there s no specialized therapists offering treatments to them once they quit and deal with all these issues.

    • @itskaybe6348
      @itskaybe6348 3 роки тому +2

      There are many therapist that get training for deprograming people who were in cults. A surprising number of people get wrapped up in them (as proven by MLMs). They would be smart to market to people who were in MLMs.

She found the courage to escape an abusive relationship and raising her young daughter, living with her parents, turning 49 this year. She's clever, funny and attractive. Fortunately we are a big family so she won't lose us, but her current "friends" are all MLM based.

    I'm very lucky. I've never even been PITCHED an mlm. The funny thing is, I'm the EXACT person they would go for! LOL! Just a bit more street smart! I still remember the "Nigerian prince wants to give you money" scam! Just went to mom and was like "I got this e-mail. What do I do?" She said it was a scam, so I just deleted it.

      @@IAMCCSuarezI’ve been merrily bingeing for hours a day while doing stuff around the house, ever since I found your channel a few weeks ago. The other day I scrolled through all uploaded videos and sure enough, all of them are marked as watched. I felt so empty 😂 When you said they were bingeable... YOU WEREN’T LYING

    I'd also love to know how she thinks she would have reacted to this conversation back in 2019. Would it have been combative? Also a big thank you for talking to us😘
