We call this Kapsalon in the Netherlands and you can find it in all shawarma store’s, its very delicious and on top we also put salads and you can choose out of different meats like chicken, lamb, beef and other kebab sorts 🤌🏽

As a Philly girl, born and raised, I do not acknowledge the whiz! Only provolone or mozzarella will touch my steaks. And living in Portland, OR, it shocks me what people will call a "Philly." First of all, there's the bread. Forever the Amoroso bread, it's the unicorn of steak rolls. Period. END. NOW, I USE baguettes. Because they are made well and delicious. Pretty sure I could never come close to Amoroso bread without it being FedEx,'d. I always need cherry peppers, although jalapeños will do. Pickles are also great, but classic dill slices are most authentic. My heart stops got Famous Dave's hot and sweet slices. Since going on a more heart healthy regimen, I am limited to 4 slices. I can allow 8 if I have kept salt low all day, but I'm not always that good! Won't even discuss my obsession with Lemon Oreos. Normally I will not eat cookies or biscotti I haven't made myself...
Seriously, the US really needs to learn how to cook. If all they eat is this and other types of this!! No wonder their Hospital and Insurance and Medical Bills are through the roof. 🤮
This was perfect until that second pouring of cheese. Ruined the whole meal at that point. It’s easy to go way too far with cheese wiz…..and they did. And I know this as a native Philadelphian. Wiz can ruin a great food item if you’re too heavy handed with it
