I saw him 2 months ago & i was BLOWN AWAY!!!! At 75 years old, the Coop still has the stage presence & energy of a 30 year old! "WE'RE NOT WORTHY...WE'RE NOT WORTHY!"
I’m seeing Alice in august for the first time live. Opening for motley crüe and Def Leppard!!! So excited…and it knocks 3 sets in one show that I have on my bucket list!!!
Orianthe left Alice Cooper in 2014 and was replaced by Nita Strauss that same year. She has been with Alice since then except for a brief stint in 2022 to tour with Demi Lovato. She was back with Alice for the Spring tour and as far as I know will be in the band when the summer leg of the 2023 tour resumes.
I have seen Alice so many times over the years. Each show has been fantastic. Met him in 2009 at a horror convention with my daughter, who was 13 at the time. He was so sweet and took his time, since she was a younger fan, to make a lasting memory for her. Fast forward about 10 years and we were both at that same convention, but my daughter was then old enough to be there on her own with her friends. She sends me a pic of her and Nita. She was just there as a fan, walking around. I totally missed her.
Alice Cooper is incredible and people still love him throughout the world. Wakken is in Germany and it's the premier metal festival in Europe. Hellfest is great, but this is where you know how great Alice really is and how huge his fan base is. There will be families at this fest from little ones to grandparents.
I grew up hitting Alice Cooper's concerts all over Detroit and NW Ohio. Think I saw him at least 8 times and he NEVER does a bad show! This was 1968-1971.
There are really two Coopers: the shock-rocker, and the gritty balladeer with tremendous lyrics ("How You Gonna See Me Now", "You And Me", "Only Women Bleed", and others).
I've seen Alice 3 times. Once in the 80's (the Alice Cooper Trashes The World tour), and twice around 2015, and 2019. He is just awesome. If he announced another Australian tour, I'd buy tickets without thinking!!
I saw Alice a year earlier with this same line up when they were touring with Iron Maiden. THE best concert I've ever attended. There's no one like Alice Cooper. There have been many pretenders to his throne, but the vast majority of them have come and gone and Alice is still going strong.
"Alice Cooper" was originally the name of the band as a whole; Vince Furnier, the lead singer, eventually took it for his own. Frank Zappa helped get them going.
I was in high school when this came out. Years later when I worked in a high school and one of the students turned eighteen I would play this instead of singing happy birthday.
I was a teenager in LA when this song hit and it was our anthem ! Saw him probably 10 times live and the show was always like this ! Thanks guys for the memories...
Ohhhh Alice!! I have seen him in concert a couple of times. Absolutely great! I’m only a few years younger than him and I gotta tell you he’s the ONLY GUY from that era who can get away with screaming I’M 18 and we still love it. If you get the chance to see him DO IT!! Pure entertainment!
My older sister told me a story years ago . I guess some reporter for Rolling Stone asked "John Denver" what he thought about the NEW shock rocker Alice Cooper . Well, I guess John Denver didn't say anything nice or positive about Alice. So the reporter then tracked down Alice Cooper and read him what John Denver had said . Then he asked Alice Cooper what he thought about John Denver . All Alice Cooper said was "I'll be around to piss on his daisies". Everyone laughed because of the 2 extremely different life styles . So, time goes on and Alice Cooper goes into rehab and completely sobers up while John Denver starts to drinking . Then doesn't John Denver "flying his own plane" crash and die . So people say that he might have been intoxicated while flying . So ..... There's a lesson to be learned there .
My uncle went to Cortez High School with Alice. He said they were all into the Beach Boys at that time and Alice was definitely ahead of His time with Shock Rock stage shows. Everyone can appreciate His talents are on and on. He's around 75 now ,we seen Him this past year. Great talents great time all around . Thanks Guys!❤
I saw Alice Cooper last week, they killed it live! Also, I'm a bit of a Nita Strauss guitarist fanboy, and getting to see her whip around on stage while she was playing live was amazing!
My first concert at 18 years old was Alice Cooper in Atlanta in 1975 on the Welcome To My Nightmare tour. I was absolutely blown away and to this day ranks in my Top 5 concerts of all time. Alice is and always will be "The Man". 🤘🤘
Nobody reacts to his true shock rock performances. I feel like it's either the song Poison or newer performances where he doesn't have the same energy.
ha ha that part where you say one of the guitarists was swining his arms around is Alice playing air guitar with his crutch. Watch it again it's hilarious...
you ,should check his history, his rock horer dates back to 1960,s legend Arthur brown,,and a hit record called fire who started it all check it out arthur brown has preformed with Alice Cooper many times live and he has thanked him for his inspiration. 😂

Alice Cooper's birth name was Vincent Furnier. When the band Alice Cooper first started, they picked the most normal sounding name they could think of by joining the names of vanilla characters from 60s TV shows; to make the shock-rock theatrics all the more apparent. Later in his career, as the frontman of the band, Vincent changed his name to Alice Cooper partly over an IP/Copyright ownership issue; and he has been Alice ever since

Wayne’s world the movie was my first Introduction Alice Cooper performing my Frankenstein .like Alice cooper Ever since Then.😮😊
Right?!
yes, alice cooper on stage : its a genius at work.
I saw Alice Cooper in the mid-1970s in Hershey PA. It was an amazing show.
This set was the next to last performance at the Wacken Festival that year. The last band of the festival was, of course, was Nightwish.
Saw him way back in the 70's and let me tell you that this song was our anthem for us teenager. I wish l was a teenager again ✌️😔

Ironically enough this came out when I was 18 years old and the lyrics had a lot of pertinence at that time…..

I believe the female guitarist is Orianthi.
I've seen Alice 3 times. Once in the 80's (the Alice Cooper Trashes The World tour), and twice around 2015, and 2019. He is just awesome. If he announced another Australian tour, I'd buy tickets without thinking!!
the blonde guitarist is Orianthi Panagaris she backed MJ on one of his tours
She was going to but he died before the tour. There are some rehearsal vids with her and she sounds awesome doing the beat it solo!
Alice and Nita Strauss....so awesome
I was 18 when this song came out =) I was also at Wacken Open Air 2013 The Alice Cooper show was one of his best ! Then i discovered Nightwish WOW =)
This was his first hit song, back in 1971.

The theme song of all 18 year olds in the 70s, when the drinking age, or just the age of majority was 18.
You need to experience "School's Out" and my favorite "Welcome to My Nightmare"!
Worked at Mayo Clinic and Alice used play golf with our Neuro Surgeon like a regular guy
TRY - NEVER BEEN SOLD BEFORE !
note Lead Guitar is Orianthi
He's actually a super sweet human being. He actually switched out seats on a flight from LAS to PHX so a family could travel together.
Loved ALICE since the 70s top band
I Never Cry
Ohhhh Alice!! I have seen him in concert a couple of times. Absolutely great! I’m only a few years younger than him and I gotta tell you he’s the ONLY GUY from that era who can get away with screaming I’M 18 and we still love it. If you get the chance to see him DO IT!! Pure entertainment!

Ditto. Sydney Australia. 1977. Same tour.
Nobody reacts to his true shock rock performances. I feel like it's either the song Poison or newer performances where he doesn't have the same energy.
if you know your musos, check out his band members, they are usually taken from other huge bands to play for Alice..
He babysitted Keanu Reeves when he was young 🤣❤️
Love your intro🤘👏👏👏
I was in that audience. :)
"Mom and Dad got me drinkin' beer"--Alice used to be an alcoholic--on beer.
If you liok closely you might see a familiar face. Johnny Depp plays guitar in this band. 😊

I wonder why the singers name is Alice?
Male=strength. Female= wisdom. Alice believes we are both male and female.
Alice Cooper's birth name was Vincent Furnier. I said 'listen baby, you really wouldn't understand'
He's asked just that in "Be My Lover".
