I didn't mention in the video, but this fight is from NLBC online tournament. It's Grand Final and Shine reset the bracket by beating Idom's Poison. Make sure to check out TeamSpooky channel for the whole set ua-cam.com/video/5_Al-r3Wzbc/v-deo.html
This is phenomenal work, HiFight. It makes learning the game way easier edit: also "Super Mario World" is exactly the type of dry humor I'd want in one of these videos
Why was it good to watch? To me it was a pointless video tbh because hes just telling me what's happening on the screen, I see what's happening, hes not telling anything new. "3f jab, jump, command grab" I see that's whats happening on the screen, I have eyes.
@@olimphus26 If its a pointless video for you then dont watch. There's no need to be so nasty. There are plenty of people who watch matches but dont understand why certain decisions may have been made. Its useful for players who may be wondering how to approach certain match ups.
@@ngubod16 that's the thing tho, he isnt explaining why certain decisions may have been made, hes just telling you what's happening on screen verbatim in text. If my criticism is coming off as nasty because I said "pointless" then so be it, I'm not gonna take it back. Inb4 "then why dont you make an analysis video yourself" well, theres people who are good at that, not everyone is. Dude, I appreciate what hifight does but I just think he wasted his time making this video and just because I disagree here doesnt make it a fuck you.
Nice analysis! You taught me a term today, scramble knockdowns and mixup, I tend to get beaten out and I lose alot of matches due to this, so you definitely just help me gain more of an awareness to the situation when I play, I’d love to see more!
Loved this vid. The guessing game into result scenarios coupled with the frame data really shows the sort of highspeed math/chess that you have to play to be a great SF player.
I was like "damn fighting games are so fast and seeminly just random combos with lighting speed reaction time and inputs, slowing it down and counting the frames and stuff really makes it have a ton more sense" and then out of nowhere SUPER MARIO WORLD lmao
This is a great video, not only is it informative and does a great job at breaking down the match, but the editing is fantastic and sometimes funny, which keeps a seven minute video of slowed down footage from feeling too boring.
Great video , helps a lot to understand a few things about the game. Are you gonna do any more breakdown videos in future. Maybe like a series or breakdown playlist. I think it would really take off and help the fighting game Community. Thanks again. Much appreciated 👍
meanwhile, my flowchart blanka: chip the opponent with crouching medium kick > electricity, anti-air with crouching medium punch, punish zoning with rainbow roll, and K.O. with overhead or crouching medium kick > command grab
@@MansMan42069 Tell that to the players that main those characters. Sakura was fucking awesome in any other SF game. Also, that was a quick example, there're other instances like Laura's super which looks fucking ridiculous.
Imagine thinking this is 'High level' play. Get over yourself. SFV is a noob's game and the worst street fighter. Literally anyone can do these things.

obviously require a lot of work but this was really good to watch

Hey. This was an amazing one, man. Loved every second of it. FGC is so lucky to have you. Thanks for the great work. Appreciate it. Keep it up!
Extremely information rich. I had to watch this 3x to get everything you pointed out. This is really a great way of analyzing fights
great work, it really helps me as a beginner to understand how many layers are involved and the decisiom making in a pro match
Love this kind of work. Also, in slow-mo you appreaciate the gorgeous animation work and feel of impact for hits and such that they put into this.

i definitely love this style!!! Great work!!!
This was excellently done, slowed down the pace to allow the viewers to see and understand what's being done and what options they have,👌🏾
The most comprehensible video!! Congratulations! 👏👏👏

Very instructive. Thx 🙏

Outstanding video, this is amazing for understanding the game and the minds of top level players, keep being awesome!
This is so good. Thanks HiFight!
had somehow missed the upload (forgot the bell >_
Excelent video It reminds me of a video review I saw of xian VS fuudo, but this one is better.
Bro the work of this video it's exceptional. you got my subscribe
Do more if you can, that's actually amazing.
I really like these kind of contents, hope to see more.
I didn't know you had a UA-cam till now, i sub right away and great breakdown

Genius!!! Thanks so much for this.
Can you do more of this video's🔥

well laura everytime you block something it's a mixup so lol
Awesome video, I learned a bunch
Oh shit! This was nice to watch!
I think it's great! excellent job.
this video is absolute gold
Im sitting just admiring the animations in slow-motion. If only Capcom were consistent with animations with all characters in SFV.
What sort of inconsistency are you even implying?
@@MansMan42069 Characters like Sakura and Falke don't have good animations as others.
@@Strider-Ragnarok 2 out of 40 is hardly inconsistency.

thank you
Great video ^_^ Helps as a Laura player too.
Great video.
Reading no comments! Not watched video yet. My thoughts "Well it's Shine sooooo button!"
That's the stuff.
I don't even play sf but I love this
yo this shit good my dude
please do more of these
Love this ❤️😘♥️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️
People who do not play don’t understand just how much information processing and decision making is even in 10ths of a second in fighting games.
What’s the song being used called?
I want to try something new for my match analysis video and this is the style that I came up with. What do you think of this new style?
Great i am ur fan sir
perfect explain
SUPER MARIOOOO WOOORLLLDDDD HAHAHA
It’s ok for people need help personally I prefer just normal fighting good idea
Nice, now do the entire idom cpt run
5:43😄😄😄
"SUPER MARIO WORLD"
Stun bar : 50 stun
Hi Fights : HIGH STUN GAUGE BEWARE!
Super Mario World lol
Once in a while, you'll hear the noobs of SF
' SFV TOO NOOBIE '
Imagine thinking this is 'High level' play. Get over yourself. SFV is a noob's game and the worst street fighter. Literally anyone can do these things.
Why tf are u trying to guess their actions? Turn on the replay inputs
Imagine making a FG so boring and easy that a 'detailed' analysis video is just repeatedly saying the most basic things.
God I hate Laura. Just a braindead 50/50 character. Especially when you’re using a character with no 3f or EX reversal
NOOB 30,000
DHerrera3942 Laura is such a POS
