Note on pronunciation: According to my research, even employees of the company refer to the brand as pronounced "Ay"-sics. The name is an acronym of a Latin phrase meaning "a sound mind, in a sound body."
These do not have carbon plate. I was mentioning that they were stiff, but I didn't get ones with a plate because those are usually "race day only" and thus lack durability and are super expensive.
I think so, yes. I love that I can slip them on without lacing, but no rubbing, so blisters. Note: I have logged lots of mileage on them, but have not gone super long I.e. marathon distance with this pair...My guess is they might start to feel bulky or "clunk.". I like them as a hill trainer. The cushion is great for bounding down long inclines.
Really nice shoe...just bought it last month
How is it going with them so far?
@@runnersgarden so far so good. Really comfortable for short or long run. Got some scuffing mark on the midsole, AHAR outsole can't protect them😁
The ASICS socks developed a hole already!!!! However, the Gel-Nimbus are doing well!

They look similar to my New Balance SC Trainers, except without the carbon plate.

Is it true size?

You should consider 1 point size smaller bcz they are wider
@@Livhealthysk They are perfect for me. They allow toes to splay and never gave me blisters.
