Hello Doctor, you provide many useful info. Really appreciate it! Really enjoyed your breakfast video. Just want to clarify couple of things. I hear non stick pans especially with teflon are toxic. I am not sure if your pans are non stick. Also when you have fruits in smoothie form, my understanding is that fiber in the fruits becomes insoluble and causes faster glucose release and spike in blood sugar. I hear drinking smoothie is like eating a candy bar and therefore eat fruits as whole fruit and not in a smoothie form. What are your thoughts on the above?
