- Tam's Ford F350 came into big dog builds straight from Performax in QLD Australia to run through a list of modifications to build his ultimate truck to tour Australia.
Offroad Creative played a massive part in this build and we were blown away by the quality of both the bed replacement canopy on the rear along with their new F Truck ADR compliant front bar. 400AH of battery storage, a 3000w inverter along with a 100AH BCDC charger and solar MPPT controller will mean almost any household appliance can be powered easily and topped up quickly once back on the road. 100 litres of fresh water on board along with 2 x fridges, induction cooktops
A BDS coil-over conversion suspension kit was the choice for this build along with Fox 3.0 triple bypass rear shocks custom tuned for the weight of this truck and some Method Race Wheels 605NV 20x10-24 + 37" BF Mud Terrain Tyres will get this truck anywhere intended.
The rear leaf springs were removed, modified and reset to cope with the weight of the truck along with a set of Boss Airbag Leaf Helpers to help keep the vehicle level while towing the caravan.
We added 3 x Lightforce HTX MK2 spotlights to the front bar along with a Rhino Rack and Pioneer Platform combination to the roof. Lightforce ROK 9 lights were installed to the backbone left and right and all 12v applications were switched through the factory upfitter switches on this model F Truck.
A GME XRS 370 4X4 Connect Pack was installed with a Rhino Rack Folding Bracket alongside another folding bracket with a 1.2m GME Cellular Antenna for the Celfi-Go Mobile Booster.
The inside of this truck is beautiful and we installed a Dometic centre console fridge to make the long trips that little bit more comfortable.
A Titan 250L OEM Replacement tank was installed giving this truck an extra 95L storage in the OEM position which will not affect weight distribution as much as large rear AUX tanks.

I really dont know what i want to do with my f350 yet. I wanted to make a weilding rid with a modified engine crane into the bed that can swing out from metal frame and then just put a pop up camping topper on that. Its a 21 foot truck. Any advice or ideas
