Hi, so I’ve clicked this link on 2 of my devices and when I hit the apply now button, a new page opens up and doesn’t load. It just stays on a white screen. Is it just me?
Hi sir actually at 15:00 where you told that the advertisor might face more cpc due to the increase in the targeted audience so sir can we do like this that we continue 1000 people with the same ads budget and the same targeted audience but we add another creative which also has the same ad spent and also target 1000 authentic leads and if we want to scale we repeat this process? So that we target much broader audience with the authentic leads? Please let me know sir
Hi there. Can I pause my ads (that's out of it's learning phase) for say a month or more? And then restart it whenever I want? Would it reset it to learning phase again?
Yes you can pause and restart. You will re enter the learning phase with that length of gap, but that wouldn’t put me off if there are external reasons why you want to pause
Hey, I need your advice (you're my hero). I’ve been running ads for two weeks. The first sale came on day 3, but since then, no add-to-carts despite offers and a well-priced product. One ad got 200+ likes in 2 days, a €5 CPM (great for Black Friday), but a €2+ CPC(To website, not interactions included) and still no add-to-carts. My pixel seems fine-should I consider starting fresh with a new one? I’m confused.
stop this ad and look for the problem , i think your landing page it is not good enogh or Slow loading or you have bad images , or your bodget is small , check these things and try again , but 2 weeks is too much , you lose your money by this way
I can help you running ads for you. Working with meta since past 5 years and handled 500+ clients. let me know we can connect personally and i ll help you out 😊
That CPM seems really low, too low. Are you using the sales campaign objective? If not, that's the first thing I'd fix. Otherwise it's probably your offer. When we see results like that, it typically means people aren't interested enough in what we're selling and the price point we're selling it at.
Just a request - if you can make a video on Awareness Ads - what CTR (all) should be there - to know if the Ad is successful - meets benchmark - in terms of Quality of Ad, Targeting, etc.
How do you address the issues in creating ads for developing countries (sales related)? The people in those countries don't fill out forms. So Leads and Sales objectives wouldn't work (Southeast Asia).
We are currently running ads at a ROAS north of 50. The current ad is at 7 days with these results. Should we simply increase the spend aggressively and monitor the metrics so they don't fall too far?
Another great content, Ben! I’d appreciate your advice on splitting the budget for a new ad account. For testing a single product with a $200 budget, would it be better to set $50 per day and run a campaign for 4 days, or give Meta’s algorithm more time and set $30 per day for 7 days? Also, how many variations would you recommend using in one ad set with a $50 daily budget? For instance, 3 image ad creatives with 5 primary texts for each image, make 15 variations. Am I right in thinking that fewer variations might be better if the budget is limited? Thank you!
Ben I advertise for auto parts stores, sales makes sense, but they have now website nor a sales funnel - for business that want people to just go into store what do you suggest?
Branding would be good.. influencer/content marketing.. mostly engagement ads. Because autoparts is not an impulse buy. Hence people won't buy immediately after they see your ad. Except if you have rare autoparts that has good demand.
Hey Ben, thanks for the great content. I noticed with the order of testing you did not mention audience targeting. I never really thought of the offer as being something to test so I got some good value from that. But what do you think? where does the targeting fall?
Happy to help :) Most of the time we won't really test targeting. We'll go broad and use some suggestions with Advantage+ Audience and allow Meta to work that out.
Great video Ben, I am still intrigued by Hyros, but I have the impression that if I sign up I will need to make a lot of manual work on coding, etc? Or is just as simple as connecting the accounts? Like pixel, google tag etc
Hi Ben, What would you recommend as the minimum viable budget per ad for a lead generation campaign (cold traffic, new account) with a single ad set and a daily budget of $15? Thank you.
Hi Ben, I have one top performing campaign which I am scaling it slowly. However, if I would like to test new ads creatives, do I add them into that top performing campaign or test it in a new campaign, as I am worry of if I test the new creatives in the top performing campaign, would it retrigger learning phase again?
Hi Ben Thank a lot for this valuable content about meta Can you help me Please. Recently I have done 1 Facebook ads and spend around £30 but not get any sales. Our business is new and it’s about underwear products. What should i do now to get more sales? Shall i run sales campaign continuously or go for funnel? Please let me know what will you do if it your own. Thanks
Hey Ben, this is aweosme. I've been trying to add my card to new business portfolio.. at portfolio level so that I can use that with my clients ad accounts. It shows couldn't verify.. but I have successfully added the same card to my ad account, it verified my card successfully it's active on ad account but is not verifying on business portfolio level. Why it's not verifying at portfolio level?? I have enabled everything like eCommerce shopping, international transactions all that to my card. Can I add my card directly to my clients ad accounts so that I can run ads for them? Does it go against FB rules? Is it safe? Tried to contact Fb customer care but didn't get their number, email... What should I do??
This probably isn't what you want to hear, but you haven't tried everything. That wouldn't be close to possible with that sort of budget. What you got is feedback that your campaign or offers need to be better.
@@BenHeath ^ 100% factual. Most reputable agencies will decline incoming business if monthly ad spend budgets (per channel) are below $5k (and this is still considered relatively low). Not trying to shame, but this is my livelihood as well, and it takes a lot of volume (and time!!) to have exhausted everything. Very few young brands or even some mature brands go to META ads and immediately see a 5, 10, 15x. Head up! @ranstxx
Hey Ben, Been watching you for a while however there is one key thing that I am unsure about: If I am running ads for clients as a SMMA, what is the best way to go about charging for them? As a monthly basis, one time, or what? Thanks!
Hi Ben, I've set up my Meta Business Portfolio and tried to create my first Ad Account. Well guess what... One sec after I created it Facebook restricted it. I tried to file a review but one second after that I got a notification that they disabled the ad account. Now I am sort of stuck and blocked and don't know what to do. I can't add any new Ad accounts because of this restriction as well. I'm lost. What do you suggest? Leave it as it is and try to set up a new business portfolio?
You need to verify your identify with any government issues means of identification. You have to do this before 30days all else meta will permanently restrict your account from running ads

Facebook AI is awful. Manual targeting always outperforms their AI and Advantage+ campaigns. Performance is down significantly from when you could manually target interests. Facebook will control your ads so that you don't profit too much. If you do great one day, you'll likely do poor or barely break even the next day.
Your right they did that too I could run an ad for messages and would hit 453 messages within 3days same content I have had sane time period and they lowered it the CPA is very high now it's going to shit
I realized this too I started out with mostly doing manual targeting interest then heard that broad targeting was better and I tested that and my ad performance was horrible compared to when I did audience targeting

Monthly basis I think :)
HUGE difference between normal fluctuations and CPM randomly going up 300% and sales disappearing for days on end.
If that just happened recently, that'll be because of black friday sales.

Maybe at first, but when the ai has enough data it will outperform manual targeting.
FB ads doesnt give any shit about small businesses
False
A lot of their revenue comes from small business, they certainly do.
What business do you run and what’s your offer?
you think FB is sitting back figuring out who's business is big or small? I am a solopreneur and I run ads and they convert!
