First of all thank you this is awesome content! Unfortunately, I cannot see all the windows and options that are available in your tutorial. The most important one for me would be to label conversations and mange leads. So If I click on a message from instagram in the Meta Business Suite the Box on the right side does not pop up. So I cannot mark the lead stage. I am based in Austria, is this feature restricted as I am based in the EU? Thank you
Hi Stewart, Can you crosspost from a Facebook Page to Instagram from the actual Facebook Page itself or do you have to make the post from the Meta Business Suite? I know when I make an Instagram post, it will crosspost directly from my Instagram to my Facebook page, but it doesn`t seem to work posting from Facebook page to Instagram unless I do the post through Business Suite? Thanks

Hey! You cannot see the list? In your business manager you can add users too. Try this way. Or from your FB page you can also add users.
I finally found it by putting page setting in the search field.

The other option would be using Zoho email. However, these days it's better to have a paid email unfortunately for improved email deliverability.

I had same issue but thomethics helped me it can be so frustrated but thomethics will fix it for you he is a verified Meta agent
