    Seeing the gaps is hard, but it also shows your insight and knowledge of the art. Coming back from an injury is incredibly difficult. No looking back, Coach!

    I think you did not bad at all, only you've got to get that flow again. Your strong point is that you can move easily

      You are right. I used to make kicking my strong point, but I might need to lean on footwork from now on.

      Please keep using that (forgive do not know the french name) 'stop kick'' you are are so good at it, it keeps distance and the oppurtunity to counter@@LondonSavate

      Chassé . You are absoutley right. I am finding it hard as if I stop someone with my left leg, my right ankle on the floor, the injured one, takes the burden. But this helps me to isolate the issue. See if you spot me doing it in the next sparring video. Thanks!
