Some of the bosses exploded and vaporized too soon, I remember in the original, boss break apart and shatter, a shame that a modern graphic cannot do its justice, many death animation is just pop in thin air.
Thank you for your comment. The reasons I waited full-lock-ons are: 1. To earn more scores by shooting down with multi-lock-ons, 2. And scores I could get when I clear each level ("LOCK-ON SHOOT DOWN") 3. To damage enemies by using single-target full-lock-ons explosion. But my best priority at this video was 1CC, so I couldn't use full-lock-ons especially at later levels.
Me neither. I like a good challenge, but after restarting the game dozens and dozens of times I just gave up. Great game ruined by artificially amped up difficulty with that No Continue bullshit. This guy makes the game look a *lot* easier than it is.

Exactly the same i noticed. They just disappear right away. The PS1 versions had some debris still visible after an explosion.

This game feels like a mix of Raiden, Nanostray and Ikaruga.
Awesome sequel to Rayforce!!. Like its predecessor, this game has it all.

This is the type of game that Easy = Normal, Normal = Hard, Hard = Insanely fucking Hard. There is no real Easy Mode. Hard as fuck.

This guy has deactivated the hit detection somehow, there are several direct hits he takes on around the boss fight at roughly 18 mins in the video.
hitboxes are small in raystorm
a bullet could "hit" your ship but it wouldn't matter unless it landed in the dead center of you
