Recent joiner to the channel - love this workout and those similar, I use them as an end-of-day bonus workout and they work wonders; unlike a few others I've done elsewhere it doesn't ponce around trying to be too many things, gets to the point and gives me more workout in 15 than some of those others do in twice the time.

Keep dipping into the kettlebell pool Joe. I've been primarily using them for about 6 months and they are great. One word of warning though, make sure you keep safe. You have a habit of being a bit loose with the bell after you finish your reps and when moving them from hand to hand in between sets. This is probably because you are using quite a light weight. Watch the way Tom the Master trainer moved the bell around in your earlier instructional videos. Also, get your left knee sorted out! You're favouring it and you flex it more and more in each vid.
