    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    30s work 10s rest. Circuit :
    1) Kettlebell Swings
    2) squat and press 15 reps each arm
    3) lunges 15 reps each side
    4) high pull towards chin
    5) Burpee + deadlift
    Repeat until you complete 15min

    Recent joiner to the channel - love this workout and those similar, I use them as an end-of-day bonus workout and they work wonders; unlike a few others I've done elsewhere it doesn't ponce around trying to be too many things, gets to the point and gives me more workout in 15 than some of those others do in twice the time.

    Yes to kettlebells!! Really good 15 minutes workout, if you feel brave and are careful not to compromise form, you could always deadlift the kettlebell from the Burpee and do a little jump...

    Great little workout 👍👍👍 Did two rounds. I min rest in between each set! 06:43 & already 18 degrees☀️. So glad I got up early to get this done today👍. Now off for a 10k walk with the dog to keep the fat burning going. Thanks Joe 😊😘

    Omg. Love that burpee deadlift combo. Got my kb but bought a 16kg. It may be too much to do with these routines. Waiting for my 12kg to arrive soon.

    Keep dipping into the kettlebell pool Joe. I've been primarily using them for about 6 months and they are great. One word of warning though, make sure you keep safe. You have a habit of being a bit loose with the bell after you finish your reps and when moving them from hand to hand in between sets. This is probably because you are using quite a light weight. Watch the way Tom the Master trainer moved the bell around in your earlier instructional videos.
    Also, get your left knee sorted out! You're favouring it and you flex it more and more in each vid.
