Breakfast for dinner is my jam! My fave is scrambled eggs with peppers and onions over 2 split buttermilk biscuits smothered with sausage gravy. I like both pancakes and waffles, but I prefer French toast to either. I haven’t done a serious fast in several years, but I agree that it is super beneficial when done properly. Happy to see you back in your home and big grays on your plaque. I’m going to make some bean soup now! ❤

Breakfast for dinner is my jam! My fave is scrambled eggs with peppers and onions over 2 split buttermilk biscuits smothered with sausage gravy. I like both pancakes and waffles, but I prefer French toast to either. I haven’t done a serious fast in several years, but I agree that it is super beneficial when done properly. Happy to see you back in your home and big grays on your plaque. I’m going to make some bean soup now! ❤

Team waffle! I would rather have breakfast for dinner than breakfast. I actually only eat once a day, just not hungry but once a day. Today I actually went to Ruby Tuesday for endless garden bar and endless soup. My favorite meal. Glad to see you back in your van home. Be safe.
yes...i eat once a day...at around 6 pm...after that i have a few snacks,and iam done at 10 pm...but i should eat more...iam to skinny.
