Losing period is a sign your body needs help. You can keep the one hour exercise but change it to walking to calm your nervous system down. Trust me, losing period is not good, your hormones are asking for help.

Gain weight = a bulking period where you focus on training with heavy weights and eating high protein meals NOT at a calorie deficit so you can gain and grow mostly muscle, you usually also put on a little extra fat Losing weight = a “cutting” period where you go into a calorie deficit either by eating less or increasing your energy expenditure to lose the fat that you gained while in the bulking period. I believe in other videos she mentioned she still weight trained and ate at her maintenance but she added a lot of cardio and focused on whole foods and protein.
