My bluetooth working but the microphone part not working. Whenever I make a call it doesn't transfer to the speakers in my Acura 2012 mdx.

Phone is connected to car and during the ride when i make a call directly from my phone it automatically switches to phone dynamic so disabling car dynamic which I expect to work at that moment
Can i fix it somehow or that is a car feature?
Yeah, mine does that also, it gets annoying. I'll make a video on what I do to fix that but you have to do it every time you make a call.

My mdx dnt have infophone, only info how can i pair my phone with the car
So my 2008 acura tech package doesn't have the other phone button just on wheel. My options to go to Bluetooth options is greyed out, just bought it today. Suggestions?

Newer phones aren't compatible with older Acura models. The car won't even recognize your Bluetooth signal.
Oh that sucks. Hopefully yours end up being compatible.
What model of phone and car do you have. My 2010 connected to my s21. Maybe it's something with iphones?

You don't want the phone to connect to the car? I just turn off bluetooth on the phone during the times I don't want it to be connected.
How do you get the X´s
It automatically puts in X's instead of numbers.

@@8cccp8 You're welcome! Unfortunately my MDX has the problem with the HFL where it drains the battery so I don't even use it
oh that sucks, I've heard about that problem. Is it expensive to fix?
@@8cccp8 well when I purchased the car it was already disconnected and I didn't bother to fix it
@@jaimeespinal3855 You will need to order a new HFL from Acura - they range in price from $300 to $500. I found a new factory box online and it is easy to replace.
What if it doesn’t show up ?
2008 MDX no cellular phone option under the info button menu. All I have is a cellular address option that is greyed out.
Was the car parked when you tried doing it? I know it didn’t allow me to do it when the car was moving
@@8cccp8 Yes. It's really strange. I used to be able to tap the talk button and say, "Phone Setup" it would take me into a voice menu where I could start the pairing process. I've not used it in a year and a half though because my Bluetooth radio in the phone wasn't working. I recently bought a new phone and was going to pair it. It's like the voice recognition doesn't understand anymore. It keeps misinterpreting the command.

If your phone will not bluetooth but you do have an aux 3mm plug in go to Ebay for $2.00 and get a blue tooth chip. "DIY Bluetooth Audio Receiver Board Bluetooth 5.0 MP3 Lossless Decoder ModulM_dr"
You can turn anything with a headphone jack into a bluetooth receiver. You will need to plug a micro USB power cable into as well. This is how I do it in my 07 mdx
