Thanks again Dave! As far as mutes go, I really like the straight mute. It seems to give the euphonium a much brighter sound similar to a British baritone. And I can imagine the practice mute is very convenient as well!
What are differences between the practice mute in the video and the travel mute? The practice mute sounds like the travel mute but it’s hard to tell from the video.

You may need to listen with good headphones. The difference is not hard to hear, but BOTH sound much different than the open euphonium.
