Don't worry about the hummous. If you make homemade hummous a tin of chickpeas is about 19g of fiber anything, over 70g fiber daily is too much. I bet store bought hummous doesn't have as much fiber as it has other ingredients added to bulk it out.

Not sure if you’re using cows milk for Sunnys tea but had to comment in case it is, that it isn’t good for dogs. Goats milk is brilliant though 😄 x

You are so helpful in my Ed recovery ❤
It’s great that you find help from this video but just be mindful that some of the language she used e.g Googling if too much hummus is a thing ‘unhealthy breakfast’ saying she shouldn’t eat late at night, skipping lunch, shouldn’t apply to Ed recovery or anyones life to be honest, true health especially in recovery is mental and emotional freedom from food and terms like unhealthy shouldn’t exist
