Omg we have 1 week left to finish packing from CA to Michigan. The garage took 3 days and a migraine. This came so fast. We’ve done long distance once before - with 1 kid - and now we have 4. We’ve done long distance as singletons in our previous lives… but this is something else. I am literally ready to trash most of the stored items in my closet. 3 CD organizer books?!? Haven’t listened to those since like 2014. Those can go. The cost of nostalgia vs. the freedom of moving. Cha-Ching. Love “thinimizing”!

hey Sarah, I'm leaving denver for fort worth this June. I'm a travel nurse in my area. and my two boys wear uniforms for school and at their new school, they will too. I'm so stuck on packing my closet (already did theirs) cause the weather is changing and I might wanna were my seasonal dresses and shorts. But I wear scrubs 80% of the week. should I wait till just about time to move to pack my closet and draws or should I start now? btw. I already went through what I don't want or need. and Im bout to take a 13wk assignment in Hawaii

Once you get to Florida put clothes in vacuum storage bags that way they are air tight and take up less space xx

It was hard at first, but we plugged into sports, church and activities quickly and that seemed to help
