Needed this video! Got a decoder and a 175 Number Lock to try the old bypass. Looks like this number lock has those same tight tolerances, about to shape down a .007" to make one of those tools. You rock!

Go to any auto parts store and buy a $5 feeler gauge set. It goes way smaller then .07 and bigger. Amd each feeler gauge blade has enough surface area for you to make any pic or bypass u want

Glad you explored that independently and even found more than LPL

It's videos like this one that keep me enthralled. You just never know when you will find a new way to bypass a lock that was just remade to not bypass. Great work!!!

I'll have to look into if a soda can measures out anywhere near that .007", could be an easy way to make the tool. Thanks for the great video!

Don’t buy anything to open these with. Get a needle. Now looking at the lock with the space before the numbers to the left, meaning the spring actions is on top. Bed the neadle so the last quarter in is hooked. Shove in hole 2,3 or whichever, using the little groove between numbers as a hole to shove it in sideways. Force the latch down by lifting the needle up, so it acts like a lever and hoop.

You can get a sparrows decoder in there, it's not easy but it's definitely possible. Try moving the wheel until you get some space.

    What tool is that?

Homemade one - i used 1/2" wide .007" thick feeler gage stock that I bought from Amazon. (Precision brand specifically). Unfortunately a roll of the stuff is no longer the $20 or so that I paid for it. Now it's more like $50. But I think a tool made from a soda can could also work in a pinch, it just might break after a couple uses.
